We are a fast-growing performance marketing agency with over 5 years of successful experience in the online entertainment industry!

We are launching a new training program for aspiring motion designers, with the opportunity for further employment in our team. We’re looking for a creative frame designer ready to learn through real marketing tasks.
We provide knowledgeable, experienced mentors, regular workshops, daily detailed feedback, and answers to all your questions. From your end, we expect diligence and a strong desire to improve your skills.
Our large production team will teach you how to create advertising creatives quickly and efficiently. You will level up your animation skills, explore new visual solutions, and apply them to real ad campaigns.
After 1.5−2 months, upon successfully passing the internal exam, we will offer you a full-time position with the chance to work alongside some of the best professionals in the digital industry.

Responsibilities
  • Create animations and visual effects according to project requirements and the training program.
  • Take part in developing creative videos under the guidance of a senior designer.
  • Learn the fundamentals and tools of motion design.
  • Apply feedback and make adjustments to projects in line with senior designer recommendations.
Candidate expectations
  • Basic knowledge and skills in motion design and computer graphics.
  • Strong motivation to learn and grow in motion design.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a large team.
  • Willingness to learn and complete tasks under the guidance of experienced designers.
  • Readiness to join workshops and dedicate at least 4 hours to practice assignments.
  • A stable internet connection and a workstation meeting requirements (at least 16GB RAM).
