We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take over client campaigns, dive into projects, and bring their expertise.
Responsibilities

• Work with advertising platforms: VK, myTarget, Yandex, Unity, AppLovin, Appnext, Petal Ads, Facebook, Google, Apple Search Ads, and more.
• Work with mobile attribution trackers: Appsflyer, Appmetrica, Adjust, etc.
• Set up, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns, monitor metrics and KPIs.
• Generate creative ideas and participate in brainstorming for brand campaigns.
• Test hypotheses and implement new solutions.
• Search for and implement new traffic acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create media plans.
• Prepare client reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing.
• Experience working with multiple traffic sources, including in-app and premium in-app.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Understanding of various purchase models: CPI, CPA, LTV, RevShare.
• Experience with mobile attribution trackers: Appsflyer, Adjust, Appmetrica, etc.
• Experience managing your own team.
