Responsibilities- Support both office and remote employees throughout the entire HR cycle: onboarding, adaptation, training, performance evaluation, and exit interviews.
- Participate in the implementation of the HR strategy and roll-out of new processes.
- Administer the HR system HiBob: keep employee data updated, handle hiring/termination paperwork, and maintain personal files.
- Prepare equipment and access rights for new hires.
- Provide HR support to business leaders.
- Update and maintain the knowledge base.
- Assist in preparing HR analytics.
- Organize team-building activities, meetups, and other corporate events.
Requirements- At least 3 years of experience as HRM/HRG/HRBP.
- Understanding of the specifics of digital/IT industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with proactive mindset.
- Conversational English is an advantage.
- Experience using AI tools in HR processes.
