We are looking for a Commercial Director — a strategic leader responsible for agency profitability, client portfolio growth, development of partnerships, and tender management. We need an executive with extensive experience in mobile sales — someone capable of driving the agency’s growth, overseeing sales, client service, partnerships, and tenders to maximize profit.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales, account management, tenders, and partnerships to increase revenue and margins.
  • Lead and motivate teams, monitor department performance.
  • Maintain and expand client and partner base.
  • Drive growth in average check, LTV, sales conversion, and share of long-term contracts.
  • Develop additional services (upsell, cross-sell).
  • Optimize client processes: improve NPS and reduce churn.
  • Scale via tenders: increase win-rate and contract volumes.
  • Expand partnership programs and affiliate channels.
  • Optimize costs, improve campaign ROI and project profitability.
  • Automate analytics and implement performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Russian performance marketing agencies with major clients and large budgets.
  • Successful track record in managing sales, accounts, and tender processes.
  • Experience scaling businesses, building effective teams, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Ability to mentor senior sales and account managers, creating a productive work environment.
  • Skills in process optimization and automation.
  • Strong public speaking and negotiation skills; English proficiency is a plus.
