We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager whose main task will be to attract new business to our portfolio of advertisers.
Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new advertisers, negotiate terms for long-term partnerships.
• Drive business growth: represent the agency in new deals and present proposals to existing clients.
• Collect feedback, maintain active communication, and show proactivity.
• Participate in industry conferences.
• Build and maintain productive long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales and working with major clients.
• Understanding of the mobile advertising market and knowledge of key players in Russia.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; experience in an agency or digital industry will be a plus.
• Client-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent communication skills, ease in building relationships.
• Practical mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
